I’ve always been strong.
I run businesses, albeit small.
I take care of my family.
I show up for everyone.
And I know I’m not the only one.
A lot of moms… a lot of wives… are like this.
We carry so much.
We keep going, even when we’re tired.
We hold everything together, even when we’re quietly falling apart inside.
And sometimes, we don’t even realize how much we’ve been carrying…
until something breaks us open.
Why I Started This Podcast
I didn’t start this podcast because I have everything figured out.
I started it because I needed a space where I can be real.
A space where I don’t have to be strong all the time.
Where I can just… be.
And maybe—
if you’re reading this…
If you’re a mom, a wife, or someone who feels like you’re carrying so much inside…
Maybe this space can be for you too.
Watch & Listen to the First Episode
I recorded my very first episode of MomTraNeur Diaries, and it’s now live.
This one is very personal.
You can watch here on my Youtube Channel:
You can listen on Spotify too.
My Takeaway
I don’t know what this podcast will become yet.
But for now…
This is a space where I can talk.
And a space where you can feel seen.
If you’d like to know more, I’ve shared other reflections here on the blog.
