It was around Valentine’s last year when  we went to the Balloon Fiesta at Clarkfield, Pampanga and checked in at Best Western Plus Subic Hotel on our first night. This hotel is quite pricey compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at.So it’s a good thing that we got a 50% discount via Agoda and it already included a breakfast buffet. Perfect!
